Just a thought on the fast food - The way that they make the food so tasty is with unnatural chemicals and additives. These are also known as excitotoxins. These excitotoxins excite the brain cells and then kill them. The are also found in most convenience foods that you can buy in a regular grocery store and in most junk foods.

The good thing is that you have many more brain cells and your brain figures out a way to develop new pathways for learning and functioning.]]></description>
